Travis Kelce is giving a whole new meaning to "go long."
The Kansas City Chiefs tight end let his hair hang loose when he arrived at Arrowhead Stadium for his game against the New Orleans Saints Oct. 7, with many comparing his new 'do—featuring a middle part and buzzed sides—to the ones rocked by '90s heartthrobs Jonathan Taylor Thomas and Rider Strong back in the day.
"Travis’s whole fit and his hair today reallyyyy looks like JTT grew up but never left the 90s," one fan wrote on X, formerly known as Twitter. "I’m obsessed."
Meanwhile, another user said Travis had similar "vibes" to Emilio Estevez's character from 1992's The Mighty Ducks, adding, "I'm definitely in the minority when I say this but…I f--king love Travis’s hair."
Indeed, not everyone was loving Travis' retro look. In fact, one person quipped that the 35-year-old looked like his dad Ed Kelce, while another said Travis was a "middle school version" of himself.
But for Travis, he's simply just "having some fun" with his appearance this season.
"I grew out the hair," he told his brother Jason Kelce during an August episode their New Heights podcast. "I switched it up."
The athlete, who previously rocked a short buzzcut and beard, added that he likes experiment with different styles—even looking to Chiefs coach Andy Reid for facial hair inspiration.
"I always do the Andy Reid special, baby," he joked at the time, pointing out his mustache. "And while I'm at training camp, I really don't care how I look. I just want to be there and try and make it the most enjoyable experience ever."
As for his girlfriend Taylor Swift? The "Fortnight" singer stuck to one of her tried-and-true looks—red lips and a high ponytail—for the Oct. 7 matchup. For her game day ensemble, she opted for a black-and-white plaid Vivienne Westwood skirt-and-shirt set with matching knee-high platform boots.

For the Chiefs' Oct. 1, 2023 game against the New York Jets, held at MetLife Stadium in New Jersey, Taylor wore Area's denim shorts, which quickly sold out. The singer completed the look with Christian Louboutin boots and Gant's relaxed leather shirt.
And Taylor couldn't forget her signature red lip for the star-studded game.
For the Chiefs' Oct. 12, 2023 game, where she spent time with Travis' dad Ed Kelce, Taylor wore a Chiefs jacket from WEAR, a line by Erin Andrews (who Travis has credited for connecting him with Taylor).
Taylor, who also spent time with quarterback Patrick Mahomes' wife Brittany Mahomes at the game, sported a Balenciaga corset top underneath the Chiefs jacket.
Taylor had an extra special accessory on her wrist for the Chiefs' Oct. 22, 2023 game: An Erimish bracelet with Travis' jersey number on it.

Taylor wore a black Dion Lee crochet corset and AREA crystal-slit jeans to the 2024 Super Bowl, where she watched Travis and the Chiefs beat out the San Francisco 49ers in a 25-22 game.
